Tagastusõigus, often translated as the right of return or right of withdrawal, is a legal concept that grants consumers the ability to return goods or cancel services within a specified period. The primary purpose of tagastusõigus is to protect consumers from making impulsive purchases or from being dissatisfied with a product or service after it has been acquired.

Generally, the right of return allows consumers to send back unwanted items, often without needing to provide a reason for the return.
