TFL

TFL commonly refers to Transport for London, the local government body responsible for most aspects of the transport system in Greater London. Created in 2000 under the Greater London Authority, TfL develops and implements transport strategy, manages public transport services and infrastructure, and oversees road networks, cycling and walking initiatives, congestion charging, and traffic management. In anatomy, TFL commonly abbreviates the tensor fasciae latae, a muscle of the thigh involved in hip movement and stabilization.
