TFL
TFL commonly refers to Transport for London, the local government body responsible for most aspects of the transport system in Greater London. Created in 2000 under the Greater London Authority, TfL develops and implements transport strategy, manages public transport services and infrastructure, and oversees road networks, cycling and walking initiatives, congestion charging, and traffic management. It operates or franchises services including the London Underground, London Buses, Docklands Light Railway, London Overground, trams, river services and a range of ancillary services such as ticketing through Oyster cards and contactless payments. Governance is mayoral, with a board appointed to oversee delivery and finances; funding comes from fares, government grants, borrowing and other revenues. TfL is also involved in planning, safety regulation, and major capital projects.
TFL can also denote other concepts. TensorFlow Lite (often abbreviated TFLite or TFL) is a lightweight machine
