Slubeni

Slubeni is a fictional micronation commonly used in worldbuilding, role-playing, and speculative fiction. It does not exist in the real world; rather it appears in maps, narratives, and game materials created by hobbyists.

In conventional worldbuilding depictions, Slubeni is an archipelago on the eastern coast of the fictional continent of Elaria, spanning about 1,800 square kilometers and comprising ten inhabited islands. The capital is Novo Slub. It is portrayed as a parliamentary republic with a ceremonial president and an elected prime minister, operating within a framework of regional organizations and informal inter-mation relations; it has no formal recognition as a sovereign state by real countries.

Slubeni emphasizes environmental stewardship, maritime crafts, and small-scale industry. The constructed Slubenian language, influenced by Germanic and Slavic roots, is often used in official and cultural texts within worldbuilding circles; English is common in cross-community communications.

Economy descriptions tend toward services, tourism, renewable energy, and artisanal production. The concept originated in late 1990s online communities and remains a fictional construct for storytelling, game design, and collaborative worldbuilding. As a result, not all depictions are consistent, and various authors may differ on details such as borders, governance, and demographics.
