Siseeeskirjad

Siseeeskirjad are internal rules that govern the operations of an organization, such as a company, association, or foundation. Adoption and amendment usually occur by the organization's governing body or general meeting, with formal approval and an explicit effective date. Once adopted, the rules are binding on all members and staff and are typically published to the membership.
