Sheetz, Inc. is an American chain of convenience stores and gas stations headquartered in Altoona, Pennsylvania. It operates more than 600 locations along the East Coast, with a focus on the Mid-Atlantic region. The company is privately held by the Sheetz family.

Sheetz began in 1952 when Bob Sheetz opened a dairy bar in Altoona to sell dairy products and groceries. The business gradually expanded beyond dairy into a full-service convenience store with fuel sales. By the 1990s, Sheetz developed its signature made-to-order food concept, allowing customers to customize sandwiches, wraps, and other items, often through in-store touchscreens.
