Serviceplaner

Serviceplaner is a term used in service management to denote either the role of planning service delivery or the software tools that produce and manage service plans. The term is common in Germanic-language contexts and is often used interchangeably with service planner. In organizations, a service plan outlines how services will be delivered, including scope, tasks, required resources, timing, and performance targets.
