Schwimmers
Schwimmers refers to a variety of swimming strokes performed by humans. The most common competitive swimming strokes are freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Freestyle, often colloquially referred to as "the crawl," is characterized by a continuous alternating arm movement and a flutter kick. Backstroke is performed on the back with an alternating arm motion and a flutter kick, similar to freestyle but in reverse. Breaststroke involves a simultaneous arm pull forward and a frog-like leg kick, with a distinctive undulation of the body. Butterfly is the most physically demanding stroke, featuring a simultaneous overwater arm recovery and a dolphin kick, where both legs move together.
