Rozliovanie

Rozliovanie, derived from Slavic terms for pouring, refers to the industrial process of filling liquids into final containers for distribution and sale. It encompasses the steps from container preparation and cleaning to closing, labeling, and packaging of finished products, and is used across beverages, oils, chemicals, and cosmetics.

The process typically begins with container preparation and sanitation, then filling using gravity, piston, volumetric, or aseptic methods, depending on product and sterility requirements. After filling, closures are applied and sealed to prevent leakage, and containers may undergo gas flushing, capping, and tamper-evident sealing. Finally, labeling, date coding, and packaging complete the line.

Quality controls include fill-level verification, leak testing, weight checks, container integrity, and batch traceability. The process must comply with GMP, HACCP, and relevant industry standards; temperature control; microbiological controls; and allergen management.

Different products require different methods (hot-fill for beverages, aseptic for juices, dry oil). Container types include glass, PET, metal cans. The field emphasizes automation and line efficiency; environmental considerations focus on packaging materials and recycling.
