Rückflusslogistik, also known as reverse logistics, describes the process of moving goods from their typical final destination back to the point of origin or a designated point for the purpose of capturing value, or proper disposal. This encompasses a range of activities, including the return of products by consumers for reasons such as defects, dissatisfaction, or end-of-life recycling, as well as the return of packaging, pallets, and containers.
