Pumpflaskor

Pumpflaskor, also known as pump bottles or dispenser bottles, are containers designed to dispense liquids through a pumping mechanism. The primary function of a pumpflask is to provide a convenient and controlled method of dispensing a measured amount of product, often without direct contact with the bulk liquid.

The typical pumpflask consists of a bottle, a pump assembly, and a nozzle. The bottle holds the liquid to be dispensed. The pump assembly, usually integrated into the cap, contains a piston, a spring, and a valve system. When the nozzle or actuator is pressed down, it forces the piston through the liquid, creating pressure. This pressure forces liquid up through a tube and out of the nozzle. Releasing the actuator allows the spring to return the piston to its original position, drawing more liquid into the pump chamber through the valve.

Pumpflaskor are widely used across various industries and for personal use. They are common for dispensing hand soap, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, sanitizers, and cleaning products in households and public restrooms. In professional settings, they can be found in laboratories for dispensing reagents, in kitchens for oils and sauces, and in automotive care for waxes and polishes. The controlled dispensing action helps reduce waste and ensures consistent application. Materials used for pumpflaskor include various plastics like PET, HDPE, and PP, as well as glass for certain cosmetic or laboratory applications.
