Planskisser

Because they are non-binding and not intended for permitting submissions, planskisser focus on concept development rather than technical detail. Methods vary; common approaches include quick pencil drawings on tracing paper, printed mood boards, or simple digital sketches in CAD or illustration software.

The sketches are typically iteratively refined, with successors such as concept plans or schematic designs that begin to formalize layout, dimensions, and regulations. Limitations include limited precision, lack of official status, and potential for misinterpretation without accompanying documentation.
