Nordé
Nordé is a fictional sovereign archipelago and cultural region located in the northern seas. It comprises eight main islands and numerous smaller islets, connected by bridges and ferry services. The capital and largest city is Nordhaven, situated on the northern shore of the central island. The population is around 1.1 million. Nordé maintains a constitutional framework in which a president serves as head of state and a prime minister leads the government, with an 80-seat unicameral National Assembly elected by proportional representation. The current constitution, adopted in 1999, guarantees civil liberties, rule of law, and a welfare state.
