Nolltillståndet

Nolltillståndet, which translates to "zero state" or "null state" in English, is a concept primarily associated with the Swedish legal system. It refers to a situation where a person is deemed to be in a state of complete legal incapacity or ignorance regarding their rights and obligations. This can arise in various contexts, but it is often discussed in relation to criminal proceedings or when dealing with individuals who lack the capacity to understand the legal consequences of their actions or the legal framework they are operating within.
