Navigointinäppäimiä

Navigointinäppäimiä, or navigation keys, are a group of keys on a computer keyboard used to move the cursor or navigate through documents and web pages. Typically, these keys include an arrow cluster, often arranged in an inverted T-shape, representing up, down, left, and right movements. Alongside the arrow keys, there are usually several other keys that aid in navigation.

These additional keys commonly include Home, End, Page Up, and Page Down. The Home key moves the cursor to the beginning of a line or document, while the End key moves it to the end. Page Up scrolls the view up by one screen or page, and Page Down scrolls down by one screen or page.

In some keyboard layouts, these navigation keys are integrated with the numeric keypad. When the Num Lock key is off, the keys on the numeric keypad function as navigation keys, with 8, 2, 4, and 6 typically acting as up, down, left, and right arrows, respectively. Keys like 7, 1, 9, and 3 might function as Home, End, Page Up, and Page Down.
