Mieshormonien

Mieshormonien is a term that refers to male hormones, primarily androgens. The most well-known and dominant male hormone is testosterone. Other androgens include androstenedione and dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA). These hormones are produced mainly in the testes in males, with smaller amounts produced in the adrenal glands and ovaries in females.

Mieshormonien play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of male reproductive tissues, as well as promoting secondary male sexual characteristics.
