LiDARszkennelésbl
LiDARszkennelésbl, often shortened to LiDAR scanning, is a remote sensing method that uses light in the form of pulsed laser to measure distances to the Earth's surface. A LiDAR unit emits laser pulses and records the time it takes for the reflected light to return to the sensor. This timing information, along with the known position and orientation of the sensor, allows for the creation of precise three-dimensional point clouds representing the surveyed area. These point clouds can then be used to generate highly accurate digital elevation models (DEMs), digital surface models (DSMs), and other spatial data products.
The technology has a wide range of applications. In environmental science, LiDAR is used for mapping forest
