Kylkiasento
Kylkiasento, or lateral decubitus position, is a body posture in which a person lies on one side with the spine kept in a neutral alignment. The side that faces downward is called the left kylkiasento (vasen kylkiasento) or the right kylkiasento (oikea kylkiasento). The position is commonly achieved with pillows or supports placed under the head, between the knees, and behind the back to maintain comfort and alignment.
