Koolitusfondid

The main purpose is to increase skills, adapt to technological change, improve productivity, and support career advancement.

Funding sources vary by jurisdiction but commonly include employer contributions, statutory payroll levies, government allocations, and EU or other grant funds. A fund may be managed by a dedicated administrator, a board, or a joint committee, with policies approved by the contributing bodies. Transparency, reporting, and auditing are often required.

Eligible expenditures usually cover course fees, training materials, e-learning subscriptions, exam or certification costs, workshops, mentoring, and sometimes time off work with wage compensation to participate in training.
