Kamuin refers to a concept found in Ainu mythology and folklore, the indigenous people of Japan and Russia. In the Ainu language, "kamui" (or kamui) denotes a divine being, spirit, or god. These kamui are not necessarily anthropomorphic deities in the Western sense but are often associated with natural phenomena, animals, and even objects.
