Juhtkondade

The genitive plural form juhtkondade is used when discussing the leadership teams of multiple organizations or contexts.

A typical juhtkondade composition includes top executives such as the chief executive officer (tegevjuht), chief financial officer (finantsjuht), and other senior leaders like operations, technology, and human resources heads. In Estonia, as in other systems, the term emphasizes the executive level responsible for running the organization, distinct from the board or supervisory bodies that oversee governance.
