JESD
JESD is the designation used by the JEDEC Solid State Technology Association for a family of standards governing semiconductor devices and their interfaces. The JESD standards aim to promote interoperability, reliability, and performance in electronics by specifying common interfaces, testing methods, and quality requirements. The JESD prefix covers a broad range of topics, including high-speed serial interfaces, memory interconnects, packaging, thermal management, and device reliability. While there is no single “JESD” standard, individual documents in the JESD family define specific interfaces and methods that vendors may implement.
JEDEC, originally the Joint Electron Device Engineering Council, is a global standards organization formed by semiconductor
Applications of JESD standards include consumer electronics, telecommunications equipment, aerospace and defense, and automotive systems, where
