Haustechnikkonzept

Typical content includes the overall energy strategy and target performance, the detailed concept for HVAC, conditioning and air quality, hot water supply and drainage, electrical installations and lighting, and the information and communication technology and control systems. It also covers the layout of technical rooms, equipment selection, the control philosophy, and maintenance and operation concepts. The Haustechnikkonzept provides the foundation for dimensioning, tendering, construction, commissioning and facility management, and often acts as a central reference document for all trades.
