Formpäevik
Formpäevik is a term used in Estonian education to refer to a class diary kept by teachers to record daily events for a form (class). Historically, it was a bound notebook used by the homeroom teacher to track attendance, homework, tests, and noteworthy incidents, and to communicate with parents.
