Eritamises

Eritamises is a term used in speculative discussions and in some fiction to describe a cognitive-social process in which observers persistently misinterpret others’ intentions, motives, or beliefs. In this usage, eritamises functions as a feedback loop: ambiguous or neutral actions are interpreted through prior stereotypes, leading to further misreadings and escalating interactions.
