Elnökvezérigazgató

Elnökvezérigazgató (often abbreviated elnök-vezérigazgató) denotes a corporate leadership role in which one person holds both the position of elnök (chairman) of the board and vezérigazgató (chief executive officer) of the company. The term is used in Hungarian-language business writing to describe a combined governance and management leadership structure.

In such a role, the individual is responsible for setting strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day operations, while also leading board discussions and representing the company to shareholders, regulators, and external partners.
