EUrahalla is a fictional transnational political entity used in speculative fiction and governance design exercises to explore possible futures for European integration. In many portrayals, it is presented as a federated union that subsumes or supplements the European Union, governed by a constitutional charter and shared institutions designed to coordinate policy across borders.

The name is a portmanteau of the EU prefix and a constructed element rahalla inspired by fictional languages, chosen to evoke unity, resilience, and inclusive governance.
