Bilbølgeboks

Bilbølgeboks, often simply referred to as a "bilboks" or "bølgeboks," is a term used in Denmark to describe a type of car wash that uses a system of rotating brushes and high-pressure water jets to clean vehicles. These facilities are a common sight in many urban and suburban areas. The process typically involves driving the vehicle onto a designated track, where it is then guided through a series of washing and drying stages.

The cleaning mechanism relies on large, rotating brushes, often made of soft foam or fabric, that come into contact with the car's exterior. Simultaneously, water, soap, and wax are sprayed onto the vehicle. The high-pressure water jets are used to dislodge stubborn dirt and grime.
