Bankadvise

The process often involves collecting financial goals, income, existing banking relationships, and risk tolerance, followed by analysis, presentation of recommended options, and support with applications or changes to accounts. Privacy and consent controls are central, with compliance obligations under data protection, anti-money laundering, and know-your-customer requirements. Transparency about limitations, conflicts of interest, and the source of recommendations is generally expected.

Bankadvise aims to improve customer experience, streamline product selection, and increase cross-selling, while also raising concerns about data privacy, algorithmic bias, and overreliance on automated guidance. It is commonly integrated into retail banking platforms and digital banking apps.
