Andmekaitseeskused (Data Protection Principles) are fundamental guidelines that govern the lawful, fair, and transparent processing of personal data. Storage limitation restricts data retention to the minimum period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Integrity and confidentiality require appropriate security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
