Aleve

Aleve is a brand name for naproxen sodium, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain, reduce fever, and decrease inflammation. It is available OTC in forms such as tablets, caplets, gel capsules, and liquid gels. Each dose contains naproxen sodium; follow the product label and use the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible duration.
