Értékvezérelt is a Hungarian term describing a philosophy, strategy, or organizational approach in which decisions and actions are guided by a defined set of values and aimed at creating value for stakeholders. The concept is used across management, strategy, and product development to emphasize value creation over narrow cost control. It is often translated as “value-driven” or “value-based.”

In business usage, a value-driven organization structures strategy, operations, and governance around delivering value to customers, employees, owners, and society. Values may include customer value, quality, integrity, sustainability, and social impact.
