Composition and properties

Winyl polymers are typically copolymers or modified vinyl-based polymers engineered to improve weather resistance, heat stability, and dielectric properties. Densities generally fall in the 1.1 to 1.3 g/cm³ range, with glass transition temperatures spanning flexible to rigid grades. Many formulations emphasize low moisture uptake, good chemical resistance, and reduced plasticizer migration.
