Tumaczy is not a standard Polish term. In standard Polish, the verb form meaning "translates" is tłumaczy, spelled with ł, not with u. The noun for a translator is tłumacz (plural tłumacze). The form tumaczy may appear as a typographical error in texts without special diacritics, or as a surname or proper name in some contexts.
