Tuliasemien is a term that refers to the seeds of the tulip plant (Tulipa spp.). Tulips are well-known for their vibrant, cup-shaped flowers that bloom in spring. While tulips are most commonly propagated vegetatively through bulbs, they do produce seeds after successful pollination. These seeds are typically small, flat, and irregular in shape, often enclosed in a papery capsule.

Growing tulips from seed is a process that requires patience and specific horticultural knowledge. It is a method primarily used by breeders and commercial growers who aim to develop new tulip varieties with unique characteristics such as flower color, shape, or disease resistance.
