Takavetoiseen is a Finnish term that translates to "rear-wheel drive" in English. It describes a vehicle drivetrain configuration where the engine's power is delivered to the rear wheels, propelling the vehicle forward. In this setup, the front wheels are responsible for steering, while the rear wheels provide the motive force. This arrangement is a common and long-standing design in the automotive industry, found in a wide variety of vehicles from sports cars to heavy-duty trucks.
