Signaleringsstation, in railway terminology, is a facility responsible for controlling signals, points (switches) and related equipment within a defined section of track. Its primary purpose is to enable safe train movements by ensuring that routes are correctly configured and that conflicting movements cannot occur.

A signalingstation typically houses the interlocking equipment, which may be electromechanical, electronic, or computer-based, along with a set of signals, point machines, track occupancy devices (such as track circuits or axle counters), and a power supply with backup capabilities. It communicates with other signaling installations, central control centers, and trackside equipment through safe, often redundant communication links.
