Psykopaatti is a term used to describe individuals exhibiting a pervasive pattern of disregard for and violation of the rights of others. This pattern is often evident from childhood or early adolescence and continues into adulthood. Key characteristics associated with psychopathy include superficial charm, grandiosity, pathological lying, manipulative behavior, lack of remorse or guilt, emotional shallowness, impulsivity, and irresponsibility. While often associated with criminal behavior, not all individuals with psychopathic traits are criminals, and not all criminals exhibit psychopathy.
