plasmapereesiin
Plasmapereesiin, also known as plasma cutting, is a thermal cutting process that uses a high-velocity jet of ionized gas, called plasma, to cut through electrically conductive materials such as steel, aluminum, brass, and copper. The plasma is generated by passing an electric current through a gas, typically compressed air, argon, nitrogen, or a mixture of these, which is forced out of a nozzle at high speed. The intense heat produced by the plasma (up to 20,000°C or 36,000°F) melts the material, while the high-velocity gas blows the molten metal away, creating a clean cut.
The process was developed in the mid-20th century and has since become widely used in industrial manufacturing,
Plasma cutters are controlled by either manual or automated systems. Manual plasma cutters are handheld tools
Plasmapereesiin is commonly used in applications ranging from automotive and aerospace manufacturing to artistic metalwork and
