NASAF, or the National Agency for the Safety of Air Navigation (in French: *Agence Nationale de la Sécurité de l'Aviation Civile*), is the civil aviation safety authority of France. Established in 2007, it succeeded the former *Direction Générale de l'Aviation Civile* (DGAC) to consolidate France’s oversight of air navigation, airport operations, and aviation safety. The agency operates under the supervision of the French Ministry of Transport and is responsible for ensuring the safety, regularity, and efficiency of air traffic in French airspace.
