Microwormholes are hypothetical, microscopic tunnels through spacetime, significantly smaller than typical wormholes discussed in theoretical physics. The concept of wormholes, which are solutions to Einstein's field equations in general relativity, suggests a shortcut connecting two distant points in spacetime. Microwormholes, if they exist, would represent the smallest possible manifestations of such phenomena, potentially on the scale of the Planck length.
