Mangustas, also known as mongooses, are small, carnivorous mammals belonging to the family Herpestidae. They are native to Africa, Asia, and Southern Europe. Mangustas are renowned for their agility, speed, and notorious ability to combat venomous snakes, most famously the cobra. This ability is attributed to a combination of factors, including their quick reflexes, thick fur which offers some protection, and a unique immune system that makes them resistant to certain venoms.
