Lungstagnation is a term used in some traditional medicine systems to describe a perceived imbalance or blockage in the function of the lungs. It is not a recognized medical condition in Western allopathic medicine. In these traditional frameworks, lungstagnation might be associated with symptoms such as a feeling of chest tightness, shallow breathing, difficulty exhaling, fatigue, or a general sense of heaviness. The concept of stagnation in traditional medicine generally refers to a lack of smooth flow of vital
