Isuggests is a neologism that appears in some discussions of human–computer interaction and natural language processing to describe a system’s ability to present users with relevant suggestions in real time. It is not a widely recognized term in major dictionaries or standard technical references, and its usage is comparatively informal and contextual.

Etymology and form. The word seems to derive from the verb suggest with the prefixed i- often seen in technology branding to imply interactivity, intelligence, or information (as in interactive, intelligent). In these discussions, isuggests is used to convey that a software component actively proposes potential actions, completions, or next steps rather than merely storing options. Because the term is informal, its exact meaning can vary between writers and projects.

Usage and contexts. Isuggests commonly appears in descriptions of interfaces such as search boxes, form fields, and recommendation panels where the system proposes items as the user engages with the interface.
