galaretka
Galaretka is a gelatin-based dessert widely consumed in Poland and other Central European countries. It is prepared by dissolving gelatin in hot liquid—usually fruit juice or water—then sweetening and flavoring the mixture. Optional fruit pieces, berries, or other toppings can be stirred in before the jelly is poured into molds and refrigerated until firm.
