e-Devlet, also known as e-Devlet Kapısı (e-Government Gateway), is Turkey's centralized online portal for public services. Developed as part of Turkey's national e-government initiative, the portal began operating in the early 2010s and has since integrated services from many ministries and agencies. Access to the portal typically begins with a login issued as an e-Devlet Şifresi by the national Post Office (PTT) and later can be complemented by other authentication methods for greater security.

Beyond the initial password, users can authenticate via the e-Devlet Mobile app or other approved electronic identification methods. The platform emphasizes secure handling of personal data and provides access to verified government records and documents.

Available services include civil registration records, tax information, social security data, education records, health-related information, driving licenses, vehicle registrations, permits, and access to various official forms and certificates. Users can view, download, or electronically sign documents as permitted by the service.

e-Devlet operates under Turkey's data protection framework and implements security measures such as encryption, authentication controls, and activity logs to protect user information. Usage is subject to privacy policies and terms of use.

The portal is widely used to reduce administrative burdens and to facilitate digital public services; however, some services may experience outages or require in-person steps for certain procedures, particularly when identity verification is involved.
