The core goal is to offer a portable channel representation and a set of adapters that translate between platform-specific APIs and a shared internal schema. The architecture comprises a channel registry, connector adapters, a routing engine, a translation layer, and policy modules. The channel registry stores standardized metadata such as channel identifiers, titles, topics, and owner consent. Adapters interact with platform APIs to import and synchronize state. The routing engine disseminates events and content updates to subscribed clients, while the translation layer normalizes formats.
