They may also assess safety hazards, such as asbestos or carbon monoxide risks, though some specialized tests require additional expertise.

The demand for boliginters has grown alongside Norway’s housing market, particularly in urban areas like Oslo and Bergen, where property prices are high, and buyers seek transparency before committing to a purchase.
