Wandelemente

Wandelemente are prefabricated wall components used in building construction. On site, elements are lifted into place with cranes, connected to floor slabs or other elements, and joints are sealed to achieve thermal, acoustic, and moisture performance. Finishes such as cladding or plaster are applied as required.

Technical characteristics often include thermal insulation, acoustic performance, fire resistance, and weatherproofing. The choice of material and configuration influences these properties, as do installation details and joint treatments. Wandelemente support faster construction schedules, reduced on-site waste, and more controlled manufacturing conditions, but they may require careful logistical planning related to transport, crane access, and site storage.
