W2P

W2P, short for Web to Print, is a term used in the printing and publishing industries to describe online workflows that allow customers to design, customize, approve, and order printed products via the web. A W2P system typically provides an online storefront, editable templates, artwork upload, and a real-time price and turnaround estimator. Once a customer submits an order, the platform can generate print-ready files, apply automatic preflight checks, and route work to production through integrated workflow management.

W2P platforms aim to reduce manual steps, shorten lead times, improve accuracy, and provide a self-serve ordering experience for marketing teams, print shops, and corporate departments.
