Vroege

Vroege is a Dutch adjective meaning "early," used to describe something that occurs in the early part of the day or early in a sequence. It is the attributive form of the base adjective vroeg and is placed directly before nouns, as in common phrases such as de vroege ochtend (the early morning) and de vroege vogels (the early birds). The form vroege is used before many singular and plural nouns in typical noun phrases, including when the noun is definite.

In use, vroege often appears in everyday expressions referring to time. For example, een vroege trein denotes an early train, and vroege uren refers to the early hours of the day.
